Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership sells mixed-use scheme for £10m

The Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership, a joint venture between Wilson Bowden and Ashcroft Estates, has sold the Crescent in Hinckley to Telelink Estates for £10m, reflecting a net intial return of 9 per cent.

The Crescent is a major retail, leisure and supermarket extension to Hinckley town centre with a new parade of 13 retail, food and leisure units extending to 78,932 sq ft.

Adjacent to a dominant Sainsbury’s food store, the scheme includes a five-screen Cineworld cinema and a single-deck 546-space shopper car park. Retail tenants include TK Maxx, Poundland and Superdrug. F&B operators include Burger King, Costa Coffee, Meatcure and Prezzo.
