St Modwen appoints Jenefer Greenwood as a non-executive director

Regeneration specialist St Modwen Properties has appointed Jenefer Greenwood as a non-executive director with effect from June 1 2017.

A former BCSC president, Greenwood has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate sector. She started her career with Hillier Parker, becoming executive director and head of retail following its merger with CBRE, and subsequently worked for Grosvenor until 2012 when she retired as director of sales and lettings, Great Britain & Ireland.

Her non-exec roles have included a seat on the board of The Crown Estate and the chair of the National Skills Academy for Retail. Her current appointments include non-executive directorships of Assura and DCH Group, membership of the supervisory board of Internos Global Investors and trustee of the Ernest Cook Trust

St Modwen chairman Bill Shannon said: “Jenefer’s wealth of relevant experience and knowledge of the real estate sector will strengthen further the existing expertise of the board.”
