H&M Group signs five store deal for Westfield Stratford City
H&M has signed a major five-store deal at Westfield Stratford City allowing it to almost double its current size to 70,000 sq ft, while four new stores from the H&M group will move into the existing H&M space from Spring 2017.
On completion, Westfield Stratford City will be the largest H&M store in the UK offering all concepts including the brand’s own Home and Beauty ranges. In the UK the H&M Group also trades under the & Other Stories, Cos, Monki, Cheap Monday and Weekday fascias.
The deal caps a strong leasing run for Westfiield Stratford City with Schuh Kids, Pasta Remoli, Nespresso, Missguided, Beaverbrook’s, Colicci Coffee and Typo all due to open before Christmas.
