Management specialist appoints new head of shopping centres and retail parks
Lee Baron has appointed David Wong as head of shopping centres and retail parks. Previously head of out of town retail at Capita, Wong joins Lee Baron with over 16 years’ experience across retail, commercial offices, corporate real estate, mixed-use and industrial sectors.
He has provided professional property retail management services for shopping centres and retail parks throughout the United Kingdom to clients including Royal London Asset Management and LaSalle Investment Management, overseeing rental income of over £40 million. He has also managed the iconic Leadenhall Market in the City of London.
In his new role, he will be responsible for managing a nationwide team and growing the firm’s retail business.
