Three new retail and leisure lettings secured at L&G’s Grosvenor centre, Northampton
Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets (has landed a trio of lettings at Northampton’s Grosvenor Shopping centre
Fashion footwear brand Office has taken a ten-year lease on a 3,000-sq ft store in a prime location next to Superdry, Primark, Accessorize and Next.
Loungers has signed a 15-year lease on 4,638 sq ft of retail space at Welsh House, which sits at the Market Square entrance at the Grosvenor Centre.
Deichmann, the popular German-born shoe retailer, has also extended its presence at the Grosvenor Centre, taking adjoining units totalling 5,590 sq ft, almost doubling the size of the existing store.
L&G is advised by Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker.
