Realm appoint new manager at Somerset outlet centre

Realm has appointed Chris Davis as new centre manager at Clarks Village, the UK’s first ever outlet centre. With a broad career working for renowned brands such as Reebok, AllSaints, Ted Baker, Fat Face and Levi’s, Davis will be well equipped for the role. He position will see him leading retail, marketing and operations teams to drive performance at the 90 store outlet centre located near Glastonbury.

One of his key targets will be driving the increases in footfall and turnover the 200,000-sq ft scheme has seen in recent years sparked by the opening of Superdry, the Restaurant Terrace and continued enhancements to the retail line-up that have solidified the centre’s regionally dominant position.

Commenting on the news, Angus Fyfe, Realm’s commercial operations director, remarked: “Chris is a key appointment for us at one of the UK’s most unique retail destinations. I have every confidence he can ensure shoppers continue to enjoy world class levels of service in an environment we are committed to constantly improving.”
