Award winning parking provider launches new mobile loyalty and reward application

As one of Europe’s largest independent parking companies, Q-Park has introduced a new loyalty app enabling customers to find a car park in over 50 UK locations. Among other functions, customers can travel to any Q-Park by navigation or find a local retailer or restaurant on one helpful app.

Q-Park partnered with m-ticketing and integrated data solutions technology company CoreThree to create the app. Customers can park, scan and save money on the day and earn loyalty points for free parking. By adapting the Q-Park online pre-booking system, customers can also book parking on the move.

John Denton, head of sales and marketing at Q-Park said: “The digital age has introduced a wave of tools and we are determined to lead the market in technical innovation. However more importantly we want to reward our customers for choosing Q-Park. We have been able to bring to the market Q-Park Rewards which combines parking, customer rewards and savings all in the one app which will add to an unrivalled parking experience. Our aim is also to generate relationships with business to help generate footfall into the area which is key.”
