Orion Capital appoints Savills at Trinity Walk, Wakefield

Orion Capital Managers has appointed Savills as the managing agent at Trinity Walk Shopping Centre in Wakefield. The firm has also been instructed as the letting agent for office space available at the scheme.

Totalling 550,000 sq ft Trinity Walk opened in May 2011 and is anchored by Debenhams and Sainsbury’s with other tenants including H&M, Next, ASDA Living, New Look and Argos. Orion Capital Managers, advised by Savills, bought Trinity Walk in March this year. Alongside its management role, Savills will market the two office units at the scheme comprising 12,000 sq ft.

Samantha Dowling, associate director of property management at Savills, said: “Trinity Walk is the premier shopping destination in Wakefield, attracting leading national retailers and large numbers of visitors and we are delighted to be working with Orion Capital Managers to build upon the existing success of the centre.”
