Cheval appoint Colliers International for Kensington retail re-focus

Published:  22 May, 2014

Cheval Property Management has appointed Colliers International to upgrade the retail space at Harrington Court.

Following Cheval’s acquisition of the property, a 58,000 sq ft building comprising 50 apartments plus retail units totalling in excess of 11,000 sq ft in London’s Kensington, Colliers has been tasked with enhancing the retail space on the ground and basement floors of the property.

Charlotte Brunt, an associate director in the Colliers International Central London retail agency team, said: “Cheval is carrying out a major refurbishment of the residential space which will complete in June. We will be looking to upgrade the retail amenity to reflect both the new quality of the building and its tremendous location just moments away from South Kensington tube station.

“It is important that the shopping amenity is repositioned to become an appropriate mix and standard to complement Cheval’s residential holdings and benefit the local community.”
