CBRE adds to retail management team

Pippa Rangecroft and Lance Stanbury join shopping centre management business
Pippa Rangecroft joins CBRE’s UK Property and Asset Management business as a director within its retail management team. She will be based in London with overall responsibility for the management of Centre:mk, Milton Keynes.
She joins CBRE from MJ Mapp where she was an associate director. Prior to this, Rangecroft was a director at EFM Asset Management, spent 14 years at Threadneedle, and five years at Sun Alliance Group Properties.
At the same time CBRE and has appointed Lance Stanbury as centre manager of the Grafton shopping centre in Cambridge, the 450,000 sq.ft scheme owned by M&G Real Estate.
Stanbury joins from Mall Management Solutions, his own shopping centre consultancy where most recently he opened a new leisure and retail scheme in West Yorkshire for JLL. Prior to that he spent two years as operations director for Shield supplying FM teams to schemes managed by Hammerson, JLL and Savills.
Previously he spent 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield as shopping centre development manager (EMEA) where he directed the pre-opening management set up of malls in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Poland and Syria. He currently sits on the BCSC customer experience committee and is a judge for the annual ACE Awards.
