Savills has appointed retail director Larry Brennan as chairman of its Irish business.
Brennan joined Savills over 20 years ago, when it traded as Hamilton Osborne King, and was appointed to the board of directors in 1998. Most of his career has been spent heading up the retail division and he has worked on the most successful retail schemes in the country including Dundrum, Liffey Valley, Swords Pavilions and the Jervis Centre.
“I am delighted to be appointed chairman of Savills," Brennan said. "I will continue to lead the Retail Division and will also be responsible for business development and the continued overall growth of the company along with managing director Angus Potterton.”
