Princess Anne marked the latest step in the regeneration of Carmarthen town centre last Friday with the opening of the town’s new indoor market, part of the new St Catherine’s Walk shopping centre.

Land Securities' retail-led development at One New Change, opposite St Paul's Cathedral in the City of London, has won a major architectural prize before it even opens. The scheme was selected as the overall winner of the Architectural Review/Mipim Future Projects Awards.

UK Commercial Property Trust and Shearer Property Group have started work on the redevelopment of the former Bhs store in Bridge Street, Swindon. The 80,000 sq ft project has already secured pre-lettings to Bhs, Top Shop and River Island.
