Clarks Village welcomes The White Company, Wonderbra and GBK

Hermes Investment Management has made three new signings at Clarks Village, Somerset. The White Company, Wonderbra and Gourmet Burger Kitchen will take a total of 7,140 sq ft at the designer outlet shopping centre.

The White Company has opened a 1,754 sq ft store at Clarks Village. This is the brand’s fourth outlet store within its portfolio and features a full range of clothing, homewares and accessories.

Iconic lingerie brand, Wonderbra, will be unveiling an 864-sq ft store. And Gourmet Burger Kitchen is set to launch a 4,500-sq ft restaurant this November, which will cater for a total of 162 covers.

Paul Wray, asset manager at Hermes Investment Management, said: “Having attracted a number of quality fashion and dining brands over the last six months, the recent additions of luxury high street retailers such as The White Company, Hobbs and Molton Brown reflect the strong premium offer available at Clarks Village. Securing such brands positions the outlet as a compelling shopping and leisure destination in the south west where retailers and restaurants want to be and where people want to visit.”

Realm acted for Hermes, while The White Company, Wonderbra and GBK all represented themselves.
