The St Davidís Partnership, owner of St Davidís in Cardiff, the Welsh capitalís premier retail and leisure destinations, has signed a deal with Victoriaís Secret for a 10,000-sq ft store on Grand Arcadeís upper level.
Opening in late summer, Victoriaís Secret is taking the majority of the former H&M store after the Swedish value fashion chain upsized into a 46,000-sq ft store across the mall on Grand Arcade to double its footprint. The remainder of the store, accessed via the exterior of the scheme on the Hayes has been taken by Michael Kors.
Speaking on behalf of the St Davidís Partnership, a joint venture between Land Securities and intu, Colin Flinn, regional director at intu, said: ďWe are thrilled to welcome Victoriaís Secret, adding to our strong line up of international brands including our most recent addition Michael Kors. The signing of Victoriaís Secret at St Davidís reinforces the centreís position as the leading retail destination in Wales, and as one of the most in-demand locations in the UK. The new store will complement the line up on the Grand Arcade, which also includes the largest H&M in the UK.Ē
