Trio of deals at Trinity

Pandora and the Works sign at Trinity Walk, Wakefield

Orion Capital Managers has let two retail units at Trinity Walk in Wakefield. The largest letting is to The Works, which has agreed a new five-year lease on a 2,387-sq ft store at a rent of £70,000 pa. Additionally, jewellery retailer Pandora has taken a 1,275-sq ft unit on a 10-year lease at £75,000 pa. Costa Coffee has also extended its existing store by 1,000 sq ft and agreed a new 10-year lease.

Trinity Walk offers 559,000 sq ft of retail space and houses more than 60 top brands. It is anchored by Debenhams, Sainsbury’s, H&M, Next and JD Sports, with an annual footfall of 11 million.

Steve Henderson, retail director at letting agent Savills, said: "Trinity Walk continues to go from strength to strength and we are pleased to have enhanced its high quality and varied retail offer with two more major high street names.”

Savills and Angerman Goddard Loyd are joint leasing agents. The Works was represented by Barker Proudlove, Pandora by Stephen Kane & Company and Costa Coffee by Montague Evans.
