Toolbox Group wins international award for retail operations app Mallcomm

Marketing agency Toolbox Group scooped the top B2B award - Best Enterprise App - at the recent Appster Awards in London for its shopping centre operations and communications platform Mallcomm.

The Appster Awards are judged by a panel of representatives from major brands such as Coca Cola, The North Face, ITV, Aviva, Marks and Spencer and BT. The awards are held annually at the Apps World international conference.

Toolbox Group’s Mallcomm app is being used by retail destination owners, managers and retailers across Europe to improve communication and engagement in retail communities. It has also been fundamental in streamlining operational processes for retail destinations. Mallcomm is already installed at Oxford Street and Regent Street in London, Grand Central in Birmingham, Meadowhall in Sheffield, Klepierre’s centres in Germany, East Kildbride shopping centre and Weston Favell in Northampton and new centres are signing up at a rate of one a month.

Group managing director, Michelle Buxton, said: “We were up against some of the leading app developers and business solutions in the world, and to be recognised by such a high profile judging panel is a major achievement.”
