Grosvenor has signed five more retailers at Liverpool One. Mango has taken a 3,454 sq ft unit on the lower level of South John Street, where it will trade alongside menswear brand Blue Inc in 3,831 sq ft and homewares retailer Lakeland, which has taken a 7,313 sq ft two-level unit on the upper level.
In addition, Vodafone is to open its second store in the city centre, with 3,122 sq ft in South John Street. Ann Summers has signed up for 2,940 sq ft, and Rob Gutmann's Korova Corporation, the North West's award-winning restaurant and café bar chain, has taken a 7,200-sq ft unit at The Terrace overlooking the five acre Chavasse Park.
Neil Barber, head of retail leasing at Grosvenor, said: "The latest signings demonstrate that Liverpool One is continuing to attract new and innovative brands to Liverpool city centre for the first time. They will further enhance South John Street's fashion and homewares offer as we gear up for the grand opening of Liverpool One later this year."
